Barry Banther
Barry Banther has been a trusted advisor to public and privately held companies for over three decades. He has served over 400 clients across the United States such as: Pfizer, BayCare, HCA, Eli Lilly, Ocala Heart Institute, Media General and Baptist Hospital.
His work in Business Leadership Development and Strategic Succession Planning has earned him the highest accreditation from the Institute of Management Consultants - CMC (Certified Management Consultant).
Barry’s ability to facilitate improved communications within organizations has earned him the highest designation from the National Speakers Association - CSP (Certified Speaking Professional). He has been a featured speaker in conferences in both the United States and Europe. In 2020 Barry was one of 5 professional Speakers in the world inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame, (CPAE) and served as NSA Chairman 2020 - 2021.
Barry has written over 50 Leadership Development Programs used by companies worldwide. His latest book, A Leader’s Gift, How to Earn the Right to be Followed reached Best Seller status on Amazon the day of its release.
In addition to his consulting practice, three governors of Florida asked Barry to serve in their administration overseeing private higher education. He was elected to an unprecedented three terms as Chairman of the Florida State Board of Independent Colleges and Universities.

The discount room rate for the FONE Conference is $159.00 + applicable state and local taxes. An additional charge of $10 + tax per person, per night for each additional guest will be applied. Be sure to identify yourself as attending the FONE event to obtain the special room rate. Reservations must be made by October 2, 2022. Self-Parking is $8.00/day + tax.

• All overnight guests will have a two-room suite to include complimentary evening reception (5:30- 7:00pm) and complimentary made-to-order breakfast (6:30-9:00am) in our Citrus Room at leisure.

You will guarantee your reservation with a credit card when calling the hotel. Reservations cancelled within (72) hours of arrival will be charged one night’s suite and tax, including no-shows. The cutoff date for making reservations with the special FONE conference rate is October 12, 2022 @5pm.
CHECK IN AND OUT PROCESS:
• Check in time is 4 PM. You will present identification and your credit card at the time of check in. While the hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest suites may not be immediately available.
• Check outs are expected prior to 11 AM. A late departure fee of $50 per suite will apply.
